The noodles with duck is one of the best items I have ever had! This dish immediately jumped to my #1 fave in all of Austin and maybe my #1 of all time! This is one of those dishes that makes your brain throw up some fireworks like in the ratatouille movie! Absolutely incredible!

My boyfriend and I came to Siti on 7/24/26 to celebrate his birthday! As foodies who love trying new restaurants in Austin, we found Siti through the Michelin Guide app. We did the 9-course tasting menu and was pleasantly surprised with all of the items we received. Our favorite was by far the composed oyster pair. Throughout the course of the meal, we kept going back to how refreshing the cocunut-kalamansi was on the oysters. This is also an item that we were originally not going to order, so we are so glad that it came as part of the tasting menu! We are both looking forward to coming back to Siti. The tasting menu is a great way to fully capture the abundant flavors and diverse collection of items that Siti has to offer!

Where do I start? Sometimes a dish can be so surprising. This one is a mouth cartwheel. From the viscosity of the sauce to the perfect char on the cabbage, gai lan, and bok choy, it's elegant and unbelievably flavorful. It's one of those dishes you keep thinking about long after the meal, until you find yourself lucky enough to eat it again.

For my fellow plant-based eaters (or even if you're not) - I have dreams about this cabbage. It is so luxurious, so balanced in flavor and textures, and it somehow manages to be creamy and satisfying without feeling heavy. 10/10. One of my favorite vegetable dishes in Austin, hands-down.

I was honestly blown away by this dinner. The Roti Canai and Charred Cabbage are a must. The sauce and broth were incredible. Service was great. Dessert was delicious. Treated us for a birthday. Will be back!
